Inbound Customer Advisor – English-Speaking Market

Location: Rabat (Yousoufia District)
Schedule: Rotational Shifts (Inbound Calls)
Salary: 8,000 MAD net/month + Performance Bonuses + Regular Financial Incentives
Contract Type: Permanent (CDI) – CNSS from Day 1

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Advisor to join our team in Rabat.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound customer calls

Provide clear, accurate, and professional information

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Meet quality and performance targets

Profile Requirements

Previous experience in a call center (mandatory)

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities

Positive attitude, team spirit, and motivation to succeed
